Canada Post is seeking a temporary, on-call Delivery Agent to represent us in Winnipeg. You will enjoy an active role, receiving extensive training while contributing to our e-commerce success. Key responsibilities include sorting mail, driving a Canada Post vehicle, and delivering items both by foot and vehicle to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and prepare daily deliveries at depot
• Load and drive Canada Post postal vehicle
• Deliver mail and packages to customers on your route
• Unload incoming mail and packages at depot
• Maintain a secure driving record throughout the position
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence
• Ability to lift items up to 22.7 kg regularly
• Capability to work in various weather conditions
• Must be on call for shifts and deliveries
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
