You will work on an on-call basis to deliver a variety of programs focused on physical activity and emotional well-being. This role demands building rapport with children, ensuring their safety during activities, leading positive interventions when necessary, and maintaining an orderly space. You will also help evaluate the success of programs and document incidents as they occur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish rapport with youth through daily interactions
• Lead health-focused activities and sports programs




• Monitor and ensure safety in recreational settings
• Evaluate youth center program effectiveness
• Maintain orderliness of program areas
Requirements:
• High School diploma is a must
• Must be available for versatile schedule, including weekends
• First Aid/CPR Certification required
• Child/Youth Worker Certification is a plus
• Criminal background check is mandatory
