You will provide essential support in residential care, assisting in treatment plans for seniors. Key responsibilities include executing treatments such as gait training and leading energetic exercise classes while ensuring safety and hygiene in treatment areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist physiotherapist with treatment plans for seniors
• Execute prescribed treatments and therapies effectively
• Lead engaging exercise classes for residents
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of exercise and treatment areas
• Communicate ongoing treatment updates to physiotherapist
Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma or degree in Kinesiology
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check
• Tuberculin clearance required
