This full time position requires 30 to 40 hours per week until July 30th, 2027. You'll engage with patients directly, interpret their optical prescriptions, and assist in frame selection tailored to their lifestyle. Your role will include fittings, adjustments, and managing appointment schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and manage their inquiries
• Assist patients with frame and contact lens selections
• Interpret prescriptions and ensure proper fittings
• Prepare billing statements and coordinate payments
• Support additional clinic operations as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail or optical preferred
• Strong technology and computer skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to thrive in a busy clinic atmosphere
