Our client, a high-growth, multi-location Canadian organization, is seeking multiple Senior Financial Analysts to join its expanding FP&A; team. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly impact business performance in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while delivering insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis
Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investment analysis
Lead and support budgeting and forecasting processes (OPEX & CAPEX)
Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights
Enhance reporting, KPIs, and analytical tools
Prepare presentations and financial reporting for leadership
Support process improvements and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
2–3 years of FP&A; or related experience
Undergraduate degree; CPA/CFA considered an asset
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Exposure to tools such as SQL, Tableau, or FP&A; systems is an asset
