Why join our team? The Operations Program Associate Director leads the Operations Program Management (OPM) team acting as the “voice of Operations” to all internal and external stakeholders, responsible for the industrialization of their engine programs during its life cycle (NPI and Legacy). As a key member of the PMMT / PMT, you will work directly with Engineering, Producers, Supply Management, Manufacturing Engineering & Test, Partners, OEMs, Quality, Aftermarket and other key stakeholders to drive program deliverables on safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction and EH&S.;
Location Location: Longueuil — Monday to Friday with flexible hours; position is exclusively on-site.
Responsibilities Liaison with senior P&Wc; executives across the business.
Manage program industrialization schedule and finances.
Manage project development hardware by driving strategic sourcing, cost, manufacturing capacity and productivity.
Manage configuration integration into the production bill of materials and engines.
Monitor and analyze project resource needs.
Provide the PMMT/PMT with the program industrialization dashboard.




Interact with all levels of management and program/project staff and other functional organizations (contracts, finance, purchasing) as required to resolve issues and provide accurate, timely and user-friendly status reporting.
Engage with program managers on potential baseline variances in schedule and cost, trends and cash flow; support mitigation planning and help identify solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or another related field.
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
Project management training or equivalent; PMP certification or MBA is an asset.
Practical knowledge of relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, and PowerPoint) and MS Project.
Solid customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations.
Natural ability to lead and influence within a cross‑functional matrix organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic business environment.
Ability to make quick decisions, even in uncertain situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
