Role Overview Reporting to the Associate Director for SAP S/4HANA Global Operations, you will lead the transformation of the Logistics stream in the Plan-to-Sustain (P2S) workstream through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for P&W; Canada. Leveraging significant experience in logistics and supply chain management (including warehousing, transportation and customs), you will drive the design and deployment of new end-to-end logistics processes and data seamlessly integrated with our current SAP S/4HANA environment.
Responsibilities Act as the business process owner for the logistics capabilities in SAP S/4HANA and its boundary systems.
Act as the voice of the internal customer, ensuring requirements and delivered features meet user needs and expectations.
Manage the functional and data requirements (user stories) backlog: create, prioritize and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in line with agile methodology.
Represent P&WC; interests at the P&W; and RTX table when decisions are being taken regarding product design.
Make critical decisions on functional and data prioritization based on business value, technical complexity and customer feedback.
Participate in program planning, process workshops, backlog refinement and sprint reviews.
Support functional and process harmonization, test, conversion and deployment activities.
Support harmonization, cleansing,
test and migration activities for data.
Support training and organizational change management activities.
Participate in Data Readiness initiative: support data quality analysis, auditing, profiling, cleansing, migration, validation, and monitoring data integrity.
Identify and drive opportunities to improve workflows while integrating business and industry best practices.
Coordinate, facilitate and collaborate with SMEs, Digital Technology experts, QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project and organizational goals.
Support timely completion of project milestones while adapting to a constantly evolving environment.
Engage key P&WC; business stakeholders and ensure alignment within the overall project view via structured approval gates, presentations and ad hoc reviews.
Exercise political acumen to navigate ecosystem and interdependencies across organizations and systems.
Act as a positive change agent and influence transformation with stakeholders and SMEs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, peers and leadership, presenting status, benefits and implications of the transformation project.
Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development teams.
Proactively anticipate potential ERP-related business and project risks,
propose and implement mitigation solutions, monitor risks and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in logistics operations and/or supply chain.
Significant and progressive experience in roles related to logistics and supply chain management.
Practical and in-depth experience in the design, optimization and implementation of logistics processes.
Successful experience in leading transformation projects involving logistics processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and understanding of their application to logistics functions.
Strong leadership, communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
Knowledge of industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Bilingual (French and English).
Occasional travel required (approximately 10-25%).
