Overview We are seeking a Business Development Director to join ManpowerGroup’s team. As a Business Development Director, you will partner with clients to provide talent solutions that drive business results.
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Responsibilities Create sales plans that capitalize on high-growth client opportunities and aggressively hunt new business
Drive year-over-year account growth
Leverage our thought leadership to position yourself as a market and industry leader known by clients and in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise
Grow revenue and share of wallet
Drive client loyalty through continuous improvement of tracked net promoter score
Capitalize on opportunities to sell large-scale, comprehensive ManpowerGroup services within an established portfolio of Key Account clients
Create and deliver on account plans to increase client loyalty, deliver significant growth and maximize share of wallet
What you will do Secure current and increased business with key account clients,



focused on SOW or new sites to maximize revenue opportunity and deliver significant year-over-year growth
Develop and execute against Key Account plans to generate demand within under-tapped accounts and convert dormant contacts to ManpowerGroup brand advocates
Establish and leverage C-suite relationships
Address account escalations with focus on client satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate across teams/brands to offer customized workforce solutions
Qualifications - External Required
Sales: 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution/service
High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization
