A background of 5–10 years in real estate development is crucial for this position, encompassing project leadership from conceptualization to implementation. Your role is integral to addressing historical displacement and ensuring equitable outcomes for Black communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead feasibility studies for development projects
• Guide property acquisitions aligned with community values
• Develop strategic project planning and necessary approvals
• Build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
• Advocate for equity and community accountability principles
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of real estate experience
• Proven knowledge of municipal approval processes
• Expertise in community land trust operations
• Solid consultative approach to community affairs
