Key Responsibilities:
• Visit project sites monthly to validate claims
• Deliver essential pre-development services
• Establish and track budgets and timelines
• Monitor equipment and contractor commitments




• Process financial documentation in line with regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• 1-5 years of project/loan monitoring expertise
• Solid command of RICS Project Monitoring standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction estimates and contracts
