You will monitor residents' progress and act according to established policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Respond to call bells and alarms promptly
• Monitor residents' symptoms and report observations
• Assist with meals and encourage participation
• Perform laundry and maintain residents' home workplace
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Care Aide Program
• Active registration with the Care Aide Registry
• Food Safe Level 1 and medication certs are assets
• Experience in long-term care is preferred
• Pass the Criminal Record Check requirement
