This position on the medicine/surgery/orthopedic unit involves working with patients to assess their functional status and develop tailored treatment plans. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide rehabilitation education, and assist in discharge planning. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' functional status after trauma or surgery
• Develop and adapt personalized treatment plans
• Conduct mobility and pain intervention sessions




• Collaborate during interdisciplinary rounds
• Supervise physiotherapy students and support quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy; registered in Alberta
• Solid clinical reasoning and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and care
• Experience with Connect Care is preferred
