As a Plumber, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and work under the direction of a Foreman. Your key responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on plumbing systems within the District's 31 schools located in Ladner, North Delta, and Tsawwassen. You will adhere to current trade standards while ensuring safe working conditions and high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair on plumbing systems
• Inspect and install plumbing fixtures and piping
• Troubleshoot operational concerns on-site




• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
• Operate District vehicles for transport of materials
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school and Plumbing Trade Qualification
• Minimum 5 years recent plumbing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Valid B.C. Driver's Licence with protected driving record
• Positive communication and organizational skills
