This position requires proficiency in cold stamping and the operation of tonnage presses and related equipment. You will perform quick die changes, troubleshoot quality issues, and adhere to production targets, all within a rapid-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate tonnage presses, decoilers, and PLC controlled equipment
• Conduct Quick Die Change with minimal supervision
• Inspect parts using measuring devices for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot quality issues and report damages accordingly
• Apply lean manufacturing principles for process improvement
Requirements:
• 2 years of machine operation experience
• Ability to lift 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working independently or in a team
• Adaptable with shift times
• Familiarity with dies and press controls preferred
