Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling and two years of experience will thrive in this role. You will engage in comprehensive assessments, care planning, and treatment coordination while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for clients
• Deliver direct psychosocial care and counselling
• Facilitate client self-management and system navigation
• Support community development for Mental Wellness
• Promote education and crisis response in First Nations communities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
• Two years of related clinical experience
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Experience with BC First Nations organizations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
