Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Optometric Assistant to join our team.

Must be available Tuesday through Thursday
Flexibility to work Fridays/Saturdays
Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients
Assist with pre-testing and diagnostic procedures
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries




Assist patients with frame selection and basic eyewear adjustments (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Support the optometrist and team with day-to-day clinic operations

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
Skilled, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in an optometry, ophthalmology, or medical office is an asset but not required
