As a part of Canada’s premier fitness and wellness destination, Altea is searching for a dedicated Padel Coach to lead structured clinics and grow the sport within our community. You will build confidence in beginners, sharpen skills in developing players, and create a welcoming court atmosphere. This role requires enthusiasm and a solid understanding of the game, no skilled playing experiences necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead skill-based padel clinics for diverse levels
• Facilitate organized open play sessions
• Introduce newcomers to the sport and foster community
• Uphold Altea’s standards of professionalism and preparation
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in playing or coaching padel
• Comfortable leading mixed-ability groups
• Transparent communication skills to build inclusivity
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Criminal Background Check before commencement
