Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on customer inquiries regarding product lines
• Commission installations and ensure operational safety




• Aid technicians and contractors through troubleshooting
• Liaise with Sales for layout support

Requirements:
• RACM licensed and qualified Gas Fitter
• Valid Class 5 driver's license in positive standing
• 3–5 years of relevant HVAC servicing experience
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Solid, reliable communication skills
