Key Responsibilities:



• Drive procurement governance and process adoption efforts • Assess impacts and develop stakeholder engagement strategies • Prepare teams for implementation and stabilization • Develop role-based competency frameworks • Produce high-quality e-learning materials

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or comparable field • Over 8 years of relevant experience • At least 5 years in change management roles • Robust grasp of procurement governance best practices • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
