Key Responsibilities: • Lead demand planning for the Commercial category in US and Canada • Manage KPI reporting, variance narratives, and trend analysis • Coach and develop junior demand planners • Improve forecast accuracy through analytics • Collaborate with Supply Planning to minimize disruptions

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in demand planning • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields • Advanced Excel/VBA and BI tools • Robust critical thinking abilities • Ability to present complex data clearly
