We are seeking an Aquatic Program Deck Lead for a temporary role until June 27, 2027, across various locations. Your responsibilities include teaching swimming classes, monitoring swimmers, and enforcing safety policies. You'll also communicate regularly with participants and manage pool staff through effective leadership and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and evaluate aquatic classes using Lifesaving Society standards
• Monitor swimmer activities and enforce safety regulations
• Communicate performance outcomes to parents and caregivers




• Prepare and maintain accurate lesson plans and records
• Lead staff in emergency situations and ensure compliance with health regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard Certification
• Current Swim Instructor Certification
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate and CPR
