Key Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas like hallways and amenity rooms
• Ensure vacant suites are clean and ready for recent residents
• Handle garbage pick-up and snow removal tasks




• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment properly
• Provide assistance and undertake additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Robust physical ability for lifting up to 90kg
• Working knowledge of English is required
• Excellent collaboration and time-management skills
