We are looking for a clinically skilled mental health qualified with experience in psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction. The ideal candidate possesses a robust foundation in trauma-informed care, risk assessments, and crisis intervention. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans for the community's most vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outreach and rehabilitative services to individuals
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Advocate for client independence and community integration
Requirements:
• Mental Health Worker or related certification
• Two years experience with mental health/substance use clients
• Food Secure Level 1 Certificate
• Basic First Aid Certificate
• Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 5)
