Overview

QA Analyst / Automation Tester – Multiple Openings (Canada – Remote/Hybrid). Mindways Consultancy is actively building a pipeline of QA Analysts, Automation Testers, ETL QA, Data QA, and SDET professionals for multiple client opportunities across Canada. Remote, Hybrid, Onsite; Contract & Permanent Roles. We are supporting enterprise projects in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Government, and Technology sectors.

Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases
- Develop automation scripts
- Perform regression, integration, and system testing
- Validate data using SQL queries
- Track and manage defects
- Support UAT and releases

Qualifications

- Manual Testing
- Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- SQL & Data Validation
- ETL / Data Warehouse Testing
- Snowflake
- API Testing (Postman, REST)
- Jira / Azure DevOps
- Agile / Scrum
- Additional assets: Java, Python, Power BI validation, Azure/AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines

Compensation

- Permanent: $40,000 – $90,000 annually
- Contract: $30 – $90 per hour
