Overview Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a Front Desk Sales Consultant . This is a sales role – not a receptionist position. The role requires guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing memberships both on the phone and in person. You will be coached and receive feedback to improve performance. Responsibilities Handle warm inbound inquiries (no cold calls) Explain services and memberships clearly and confidently Guide guests toward consistent care Close memberships and track results Answer phones with confidence and energy Follow sales processes and conversion metrics The Reality of the Role (No Sugarcoating) You will be expected to sell memberships You will be measured on conversion rates You will receive coaching and feedback This is a performance-based role, not an admin position Compensation Starting pay: $15/hour $20 commission per membership sold Hourly increases based on performance: 18% conversion → $16/hour 25%+ conversion → $17/hour Strong performers earn $45k–$50k+ Free massage every month Schedule 20–40 hours per week available Full-time and part-time options Evenings and weekends required Shifts fall within: Mon–Fri: 9am–9pm Sat: 9am–7pm Sun: 10am–6pm What You’ll Be Doing Handling warm inbound inquiries (no cold calls)
