In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, researching, and interviewing candidates for multiple high-volume job openings. Your cooperative spirit will shine as you partner with business unit leaders to assess candidate fit and help promote employment opportunities using your social media skills. Additionally, you will attend recruitment events and assist with the onboarding process for recent hires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and shortlist candidates for seasonal job openings
• Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates




• Promote available positions via various social media channels
• Attend community job fairs and recruiting events
• Coordinate onboarding and create employment contracts
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or recreation preferred
• Robust interpersonal skills and a sales-focused mindset
• Discretion and professionalism essential
• Valid G-Class Driver’s License required
• Willingness to work onsite in Collingwood
