Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end delivery of the Canadian insurance platform
Develop and present business cases for investment and partnership
Define platform capabilities including CRM integration and document workflows




Collaborate on compliance and governance aligned with Canadian regulations
Enhance advisor experience with training and tools for engagement
Requirements:
Active Life Insurance license (LLQP) in Canada
10+ years in insurance distribution or wealth management
Experience with insurance technology systems
Solid knowledge of life insurance products
Post-secondary degree in relevant fields preferred
