CURA seeks a Chemical Engineer dedicated to driving the development and optimization of electrochemical cement production. You will engage in laboratory experiments and process engineering to transform theoretical models into practical, scalable solutions. Collaborating directly with the CTO and external contractors, your work will help CURA lead the way in reducing CO2 emissions from cement production.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute experiments for design bases and validate processes
Analyze and document experimental data with precision
Lead equipment design and specifications for critical units
Support techno-economic modeling for scaling decisions
Develop operating manuals and safety standards
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years in process design and development
Wet chemistry expertise and data analysis skills
Strong team-oriented and communication abilities
