Key Responsibilities:
Manage team capacity and deliver strategic platform initiatives




Own the bug management lifecycle and communicate updates
Ensure high-quality engineering infrastructure and tools
Foster alignment with product and customer success teams
Advocate and implement quality assurance best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5+ years in platform engineering or a similar role
Experience in leading teams and managing technical projects
Proficient in CI/CD and cloud-based systems
Robust verbal and written communication abilities
