This role entails collaborating closely with General Managers to ensure effective care services in various retirement homes. With at least five years of management experience in the field, you will employ your robust financial acumen to oversee budgets and facilitate strategies that promote quality care. You will also implement the Verve Quality Improvement (VQI) program to enhance service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee implementation of Verve Quality Improvement activities
Analyze financial resources and reports for effective management




Support General Managers in strategic planning and performance reviews
Promote creative approaches to enhance care for seniors
Foster effective communication for teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
At least five years in a managerial role in retirement home industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
Solid leadership and financial management abilities
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel and participate in training programs
Lead the charge in enhancing care for seniors at Verve Senior Living.
