Key Responsibilities:
Build robust, trust-based relationships with students
Ensure overall student safety during residence activities

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Social Work or equivalent
Minimum two years' experience with children and youth
Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Excellent communication and judgement skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
