Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee a team of HR specialists
Simplify and standardize HR administrative processes
Champion collaboration between People & Culture and business units




Provide strategic insights on talent and organizational effectiveness
Lead employee relations and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in People & Culture Management
12+ years of relevant HR management experience
Robust ability to influence without authority
Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially UKG
Change leadership experience in competitive settings
