You will collaborate with Legal, T&O;, and Risk teams to support complex structuring activities, while also maintaining ongoing compliance for CPP Investments' wholly owned entities. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee pre-closing structuring and documentation processes
Manage the establishment of current legal entities




Ensure compliance with local legal requirements post-closing
Maintain internal policies and identify operational risks
Build influential partnerships within investment teams
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or college diploma in relevant area
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in investment risk management
CFA or similar designation is advantageous
Proficient in low code/no code tools and data analysis
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
