Key Responsibilities:
Act as an expert clinical resource for patients
Develop and deliver care programs in collaboration with teams
Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence nurse
Completion of NSWOC or WOCN program
Excellent communication and organizational skills
