Step into a vital role as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer at kʷikʷəƛ̓əm First Nation in Coquitlam, BC. This full time position involves high-level administrative support and extensive stakeholder interactions.
You will be responsible for supporting the CAO and senior leadership through a variety of operational tasks and strategic initiatives. Your exceptional communication abilities and organizational skills will ensure smooth administrative processes while handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize the CAO's calendar and communications
• Organize travel and prepare detailed itineraries
• Facilitate meetings, special events, and workshops logistics
• Prepare executive-level documents and presentation materials
• Act as a liaison for the CAO with community and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in providing executive-level support
• Demonstrated professionalism and relationship-building skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Experience in Indigenous relations and community engagement is a plus
• Ability to manage confidentiality and discretion in a agile setting
