Member Services Representative

We are looking for an experienced Member Services Representative to join our Morningside Branch. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service and positioning products to support member financial wellbeing.

Responsibilities
Attend to Members with excellence, patience, and empathy.
Position Meridian’s products and services to add value to Member financial wellbeing.
Provide superior Member experience through accurate transaction posting and timely service.
Resolve Member concerns autonomously and develop action plans to prevent future escalations.
Collaborate with Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage teams to support Member growth.
Leverage virtual technology platforms for effective communication.
Engage in continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance Member service.

Qualifications
Sales oriented with previous experience in a front‑line sales role or service‑related industry.
High School diploma or relevant working experience.
Solid knowledge of computer systems and the ability to learn current software quickly.
Excellent communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Problem‑solving ability and solid organizational time‑management skills.

Salary and Location

Salary Range: CAD $45,000 – $49,900 annually.

Location: Morningside Branch, 797 Milner Ave., Unit #100 (Milner & Morningside), Scarborough, ON M1B 3C3.
