Key Responsibilities:
Lead office and retail leasing initiatives to maximize revenue
Oversee IFRS property valuations on a quarterly basis
Manage annual Business Plan process and financial forecasts

Requirements:
8+ years in commercial office real estate
Proficient in Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel
