Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare tailored safety training programs
Mentor personnel according to operational needs
Conduct training assessments and evaluations
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards
Coordinate inspections for safety compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of five years in heavy equipment operations
Background in mining or milling as a training specialist
Capable of conducting both theoretical and practical training
Strong communication and leadership experience
Mine Rescue certification is advantageous
