Key Responsibilities:
Lead subcontractor and supplier solicitation for complex bids
Analyze plans and proposals to prepare comprehensive estimates
Perform detailed quantity take-offs with transparent documentation




Integrate specifications into bids and review RFIs before submission
Present estimate proposals to stakeholders based on historical data
Requirements:
10+ years of estimating experience in ICI construction
Degree/diploma in Construction Management or related field
