At the City of Windsor, we prioritize community engagement and staff development. This temporary part-time role involves ensuring safety at aquatic facilities and providing swimming instruction. Successful candidates will have the prospect to connect with diverse populations and enhance their aquatics skills while contributing to community wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of all swimming participants
Maintain a clean and safe aquatic workplace
Perform duties as Lifeguard and Aquatics Instructor
Enforce health and safety protocols as necessary
Provide top-notch customer service to guests

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of age at employment start
Completed Ontario Secondary School Grade 10 or equivalent
At least three months of aquatics experience
Hold all required Lifeguard certifications
Maintain current first aid and CPR qualifications
