You will work closely with various stakeholders, coordinating care plans and participating in residents' care conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete residents' care assessments and documentation




Administer medications following regulatory standards
Supervise care provided by unregulated care providers
Facilitate resident education and care planning
Address resident/family concerns effectively

Requirements:
Registered Nurse with current provincial registration
Experience working with seniors
Solid communication and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of gerontology and long-term care
Current Vulnerable Position Screening within 6 months
