This summer co-op position offers students the chance to support Arborists in various arboricultural tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with tree removals, pruning, and operating specialized equipment under supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tree rigging and limb removal tasks
Operate a chipper, stump grinder, and other equipment
Conduct inspections and maintenance of tools and vehicles
Engage in storm cleanup and tree transplanting
Support safety measures and customer interactions

Requirements:
Enrolled in Arboriculture or related program
Experience in Horticulture or Landscaping preferred
Certification in WHMIS 2015 and First Aid
Class 5 Drivers Licence or commitment to obtain
