Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach finance specialists, including Controller and Yardi Specialist
Drive strategic financial planning and evaluate development opportunities
Oversee audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting




Guide cash flow management and capital planning initiatives
Manage banking relationships and financing activities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in financial management, preferably in real estate
Proven experience leading an accounting/finance team
Degree in business, finance, or accounting with CPA designation
Advanced Excel skills;
Yardi experience is a plus
Robust analytical and communication skills
