Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments
Conduct site inspections and chair regular coordination meetings
Represent the Town at Ontario Land Tribunal with necessary documentation




Prepare comprehensive reports and planning recommendations
Implement process improvements in planning applications
Requirements:
Degree in Planning or related field
At least five years of land use planning experience
Member of the Ontario Skilled Planners Institute preferred
Profound understanding of planning legislation and policies
