As the Manager of Distribution Engineering & Asset Information, you will be instrumental in enhancing the distribution system's reliability and resilience. Reporting to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management, your role involves comprehensive oversight of GIS data, guiding engineers, and ensuring the grid's performance is aligned with Hydro Ottawa's strategic objectives.

You'll collaborate closely with external developers and internal teams, translating technical insights into impactful operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:




Manage a team of engineering specialists
Ensure integrity and maintenance of GIS data
Conduct localized capacity and impact assessments
Facilitate engineering process governance
Develop strategic operational budgets

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Ontario P. Eng. certification required
5+ years of leadership experience
Familiarity with ISO 55000 Asset Management
Bilingual (English/French) preferred
