We seek a legal expert with a law degree (LLB) and over 7 years of experience, preferably in an international corporate setting. This role will see you support business and HR teams with contract preparation, compliance initiatives, and liaising with external counsel. Your work will be critical in maintaining the organization’s legal standards and meeting regulatory obligations, such as those specified by the GDPR and Quebec laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer in-house legal services and advice




Negotiate a range of commercial agreements
Support international employee mobility initiatives
Develop and manage internal compliance policies
Organize legal documentation and files
Requirements:
Law degree (LLB) required;
