This Calgary-based role is for a detail-oriented Accountant who thrives in a team-oriented environment. You'll manage assigned accounting transactions, prepare customer invoices, and support financial planning by maintaining accurate records of contracts and prepaid expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable invoices and corporate credit card transactions
Generate customer sales invoices and manage receivables
Record and reconcile transactions for revenue accuracy
Maintain records for prepaid expenses and amortization
Assist with month-end close activities and general accounting tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in Accounts Payable and reconciliations
At least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills for qualified emails
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
