Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the Parts Department.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels through accurate ordering and forecasting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
Lead, train, and motivate the parts team.
Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
Monitor department performance, profitability, and key performance indicators.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
Maintain an organized, clean, and secure work environment.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.

Qualifications




3–5 years of Parts Management experience in an automotive dealership (import dealership experience is preferred).
Strong knowledge of dealership parts operations, inventory management, and manufacturer ordering systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage inventory and achieve department sales and profitability goals.
Experience with dealership management software is considered an asset.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
