Your responsibilities will extend beyond recruitment, involving the leadership of a team of recruiters and partnerships with senior executives to guide talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct hiring processes for Asset Management and Tech sectors
Cultivate partnerships with HRBP and business leaders
Train and mentor a team of recruiters for optimal performance
Participate in Talent Acquisition leadership initiatives
Drive the implementation of creative hiring technologies
Requirements:
8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Leadership experience with a focus on recruitment strategy
Familiarity with Asset Management roles is highly preferred
Past success in complex hiring scenarios
