Job Description
Collaborate with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and evaluate IT and systems needs and requirements.
Communicate company goals, policies, and procedures to the CIS team; develop a plan to meet those needs.
Evaluate current technology usage and business needs and recommend software and hardware improvements.
Monitor backup, security, and user support systems.
Keep abreast of technological advancements.
Provide technical support to users.
Prepare and deliver project or activity progress reports.
Implement and monitor operating budgets and expenditures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or related field.
Related experience is preferred.
Long time sitting at desk and working on computer.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite or related software.
Thorough understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize work.
The ability to explain technical problems and provide solutions to people without a tech background.
Terms of Employment
30 hours per week
Salary
Salary: $55.29 - $75.90 per hour
